What was my hobby during the holidays?

Good question. What was my hobby during the holidays? Let me think how to answer that question….. By the way sorry for not updating my blog for a while. Every time I surf the internet I always search about World War II that I don’t have time to update my blog. Whenever I have some time, I am not in the mood to write anything on my blog. As I had said I’m very now very interested on World War II. I went to Wikipedia to know better about the war. There, I got to know about the planes that were used during the war. And I became fascinated with them. I also bought a documentary DVD about the World War. It said that the war is between the Free World and the Slavery World.

Winston Churchill. Prime Minister Of Great Britain during the world war.

It started when I read a Roald Dahl book about being a pilot for Great Britain in Greece. He was an RAF fighter pilot. – a Pilot Officer. It was a true story. Mr. Roald Dahl’s book entitled “Going Solo” told me about the battle of Athens, how he experienced ground strafe, how he shot a German bomber, how he lived for 3 years at Tanganyika (Tanzania), how he rounded up the German civilians at Dar es Salam and many more. I read it again and again.

Then, I searched the internet for more information about the planes. I knew about Messerschmitt, Junkers Ju 88, Junkers Ju 87, Spitfires, Tiger moths, Hawker Harts, Hurricanes, Gloster Gladiators, Potez 63 and many more. I searched for the picture in the internet. Here are some of those pictures:

There are many more but these are the ones that I want to share. When I searched more about RAF old planes, I became interested with a modern RAF airplane called Red Arrow. It was very beautiful. Here is a picture of the Red Arrow:

I enjoyed the stories about the war.
